Luck O’ The Spotted Dog
Did you know “Spotted Dog” is another name for soda bread with raisins?
Fresh, warm, soda bread! Coming to a food truck near you!
The name comes from combining the phrase “Luck o’ the Irish,” and “Spotted Dog,” since Irish soda bread with raisins or caraway seeds is sometimes called that.
The logo is an illustration of an Irish Red and White Setter with a piece of soda bread in their mouth. The secondary symbol is the Triquetra, which symbolizes many things, including eternal love.
The food truck has derivative colors of the color palette, so as not to be to “on the nose” about it being an Irish food truck. The logo is on the side, and the menu is next to the window.
The menu lists various types of Irish soda bread, including the Food Truck’s namesake! There are also some Irish-themed sides and beverages to go along with the bread.
The biggest container for whole loaves of soda bread is designed similar to a dog house, with the handle being the roof. The smaller containers are for sides, such as potatoes and salmon. The paper wrapper is for individual slices of bread. The plastic cups are for beverages.
